Ruby Marzovilla

Ruby Marzovilla - Science Graduate and Public Health Professional

A resident of New York, New York, Ruby Marzovilla has worked in science, advocacy, and dance. Ruby Marzovilla was the choreographer for Zoe Ervolino’s “Tropicana” music video in 2021, and also choreographed and performed in Backpack Ben’s “No Good” music video.

Ruby Marzovilla has served with Maximus in a customer service role since 2021. She also worked with COLAGE as the core team’s accessibility lead from May through August 2019. She then returned to that position in March 2020, where she continues to contribute to inclusive youth programming at the national level. Since 2017, she has also worked independently as a health consultant, developing customized exercise plans designed to support clients’ wellness goals.

Ms. Marzovilla earned a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College, completing a double major in biochemistry and anthropology while studying topics ranging from cellular biology to cultural activism and human rights. While studying at the institution, she served as a sports medicine student aid and helped lead a campus hip-hop dance troupe as co-chair and treasurer.
